Elon Musk is a billionaire. Nobody has something so important to do that Elon couldnt convince them to come right now. He might as well have just said "because, reasons"

I can think of several reasons. Someone scheduled for surgery, a family member on hospice and has only a few days to live, a family wedding the last weekend of January, booked to speak somewhere ...
