I’m sure this has already been in use by the military. In 2015 I saw a live demo where a hacker could get somewhat of an image of the inside of a room through a VGA cable.
I literally had a system like that in my father's house. You could toggle it on and off in the settings but I convinced him to remove it because there's no way to prevent someone from turning it on. Even said it was able to accurately function as a security system by identifying each person in a room. Was a pod system from Atlantic broadband incase anyone else has the same. Also, special forces have a detector that can detect electricity from, say someone's heart, and potentially tell them where in the room they are
