He will probably try, but the problem is that the legal system in Canada is really corrupt. This became clear during the scamdemic lockdowns when a lot of Judges made unbelievably bad pro-authoritarian rulings. Also, it doesn't help that he's white. However, if he were to identify as trans-racial, maybe then he'd have a fighting chance. Justine Turdeau (PM of Canada) painted it's face black on multiple occasions and the media was ok with it, so trans-racialism seems to have the go-ahead in Canada.
