My guess is the initial docs found by Biden's aide had a subpoena from the Hunter Biden investigation/case for these or other specific docs.

It's interesting that right before/after the mid terms, AG Garland made ithe public aware that Trump would be indicted in 60-90 days for his classified docs. That 60-90 days timeline would be early Jan to mid/late Feb 2023. Interesting that nothing in the news these past two weeks (since Biden docs story broke) about AG Garlans'd indictment of Trump!
