CCP activating, creating false flags and gun control? I dunno, but this to me is fishy. When have we ever seen back to back Asians shooting people en masse? Never.

Ma = Chinese (think Jack Ma of Alibaba) and Tran is Vietnamese, but also the transliteration of Chen.

Posting this because it is a major break of pattern.
