I checked on this myself back in the full swing of things. The three largest hospitals were all pushing the we are overflowing line so I drove to them to see for myself, all empty! They had the convoluted systems of driving to the ER entrance, like you would if there were tons of cars trying to get in but there was literally no one. They had a person at the curb to handle all the incoming traffic so I asked her how it was going, another day just sitting out here doing nothing. She said they hadn’t had a single person come in and she was almost done her shift.

Must have been why they told people to "stay home to stop the spread" so you wouldn't see a reason NOT to be scared and fearful.
