Block-It-Pocket Turn off everything except for cell (do you need data 24/7?) For calls and basic texts. I use this: https://www.block-itpocket.com/block-it-btalk-itb-shop-prod.html

They do work in my years of usage. My dad always kept his phone in his shirt pocket and complained of chest pains, I got him one and he no longer had any pains from the phone.
