Just out of curiosity, I did a Brave search on this. I found no articles whatsoever earlier than last year. No one has made an issue of this before, so, to make a claim that no president ever did this before is nonsense. Of COURSE these past presidents are going to claim that they "turned them all over when they left office." Haha.
