In the last several years I've learned to pay attention to any idea being repeatedly pushed everywhere, even if it was a seemingly harmless meme, (or something like the same post being spammed on this board multiple times 'IE that Clot Adams lol' bullshit).

Anon's post makes me think he could be right. It was would explain why the 'Epstein Didn't Kill Himself' was everywhere despite the censorship everywhere. It wasn't an organic meme. It was a forced meme from DS assets to alert other DS individuals that Epstein wasn't dead.
