So to clarify as the OP; Chapter 1; try BG in a court of law with a jury of the people, review the copious amounts of damning evidence of crimes against humanity, and apply the maximum penalty allowed under the law to bring justice to a deeply evil presence that has murdered millions and ruined the lives of countless others.
