Bill Cooper says without religion there is no morals
I disagree..it isn't religion that matters...these are words only...as it says in Corinthians..unless you have love..(love encompasses empathy compassion forgiveness ) then even if you give up your body to be burnt it won't count.
It is a fact that there are the living dead walking amongst us...perhaps at one time they were made in the image of our loving Creator and had love etc but over the lifetimes returning to this realm they lost their inheritance.....I think this is true for heads of governments the military complex governments etc... They will not be given their new immortal body ..the white robe...
Think of the millions killed in the name of some religion or other...are any of them acting out of love compassion..empathy? Do you think a loving creator will smile on those who kill ?
Judge by fruits only.....love..compassion..understanding....empathy...not empty words of someone aligning himself with some religion or other.. this is when you fall into error....in every religion..every country ..there are people who have love empathy and compassion..imagination and Intuition..these are the hallmarks of a person with the gifts of the creator inside....
I really get fed up listening to people parrot some words thinking they will get them a pass into heaven.
You automatically have morals when you have love empathy etc..how could you kill someone? How could you receive your partner? how could you steal? When you can put yourself in someone else's shoes you can't do it. Bill Cooper is doing everyone a disservice saying only through jesus ..he is the way only ...everyone of the sixteen crucified redeemers say the same. Read the Mahabharata ..Krishna said it too...he was from a royal family..he had twelve disciples..escaped death of all firstborn babies ..rose again from the dead..all over the world these saviours have said the same things....

The fruits from our loving Creator are empathy compassion understanding forgiveness etc. People with these gifts we call spiritual people..they automatically won't kill steal lie or cheat..how could they when they can put themselves in others shoes? These so endowed live in every country..in every religion or no religion...
It is religion that fosters a belief you only have to say some words to get into heaven..an encouragement to get people to kill in the name of a religion power and control and you will still get that new heaven. No you won't.
Do you think the living dead with none of the attributes from a loving Creator will get an immortal body? We are here to learn and grow over lifetimes to earn through our fruits the white robe...to be fit for a new heaven and a new earth....
Imo Over lifetimes too the living dead may have swopped their inheritance for power and money ...it doesn't happen in one lifetime.. our creator gives many lifetimes many chances before he gathers in his own..made in his image..loving..kind..compassionate people
