I feel like most 5G is basically just upgraded 4g, especially low and mid-band 5g, at the same bandwidths and frequency 5G is only about 20% faster, but the 5g standard allows for higher bandwidths so that's why the speeds can be significantly faster on the same frequency. In my opinion, if this 5G is unsafe then 4G LTE is dangerous as well since it's similar to 5G, but I don't think there has been sufficient long-term studies to really know whether these are safe or dangerous.

With even less evidence for safety is mmWave. About 20-30 times the frequency of regular 5G, this stuff can't even make it through windows because the stuff has such a high frequency. There is literally no benefits to it other than maybe at a stadium that faces heavy congestion. I honestly don't know how mmWave is legal.
