have convinced me to add NAC to my vitamin regimen. I already take a dose of SPARTIS branded ZQC+D3+Bromelain daily (has helped with immune as well as mental health), so adding a dose of NAC to that should give me a considerable level of protection against the spike poisons. Any other suggestions/recommendations to add to my regimen?
Is this confirmed? Your mucous membrane in your mouth is much more vulnerable than the skin on your hands. Assuming you cook it it’s prbly fine? Just theorizing
