No. Antifa & BLM are violent activist rioters. They do not know how to peacefully protest. We will do what we always do, give our opinions, express our sadness for the loss of life and wait for the wheels of justice to turn. What all people should do in a civil society. Antifa & BLM will not do this.
So the wheels turn, the men get life in prison, and then it happens again next week. It happened last week to a white man. It continues to happen and it’s happened in my life. Police will not stop violating rights and hurting people until they are put in check. How does ignoring the problem help the situation so that you or someone you know isn’t violated by a badge?
I disagree with you. The facts, statistics don’t reconcile. Does it happen, I acknowledge it does. Is it a large prevalence, no. I think it is abhorrent what Antifa & BLM do. Sign me an Oregon resident.
I respect your disagreement. I have been spared by a good officer. I once got pulled over at 18 for 103 in a 55. I went for my papers and had a black metal pistol BB gun. Looked legit, he put his gun on my head and started screaming instead of shooting me I got my hands up quick and I told him it was fake. (I had truly forgotten it was there, had been months).
But… later in life in a different state I had some very poor interactions with tyrants. They practically kidnapped me for asking questions.

And it’s a never ending list of abuse against the people. Representation of their overlords is what I see in the upcoming police force.

Many people can share experiences they suffered at the hands of people of another skin color. They don’t have to be cops.
