So someone help me understand why this is so popular around here? There's pictures of him in the gurney post recovery, without a mask or anything, awake and lucid. He's sitting up, and it's obvious it's him as his parents are next to him, and it's his tattoos all over his neck and arms.

Are there other details I missed that expose something I'm not seeing?

If they had nothing to hide, why do such a thorough job of hiding his face and arms? Nobody would question if he didn't show at all but the lie made it a topic of interest.
