Perfect example of the left doing this was Cindy Sheehan. Constant MSM coverage throughout both Bush2 terms. Her son was killed early on in Iraq.

Fast forward to Obama's 2 terms -

MSM: "CIndy who?"

MSM: "500% increase in drone strikes, never heard of it."

MSM: "Endless Iraq/Afghanistan wars, don't know what you mean."
