No individual can have more power than the thing they represent. Look at George Floyd for instance. How long has it been since you heard his name? The left put all their eggs in that basket and it's power faded quickly. That's why the civi rights weren't called black rights. Laws that define civilized behavior to and for all were born from that. We didn't need to do it over for every race. Q knew this. I think this is reason enough to never reveal himself. It would weaken the movement, giving strength to the individual rather than the cause.

It is my understanding that the Q-team is following a surgical plan. There is no room for emotions, assessment, or any divergence. If there is divergence (or someone inserting themselves, modifying the plan) we're all totally F-ed...these people don't have the perspective that the one who made the plan did, they are more like soldiers following orders. They are very intelligent, valuable, rare people, but I'd caution against thinking they have any lee-way to improvise.
I don't think they are improvising. The opposite, actually. I think from the start they knew they would never be known. Not because they are humble but because it would overshadow the cause.
