Sure as hell isn’t a stealth jet. And to the best of my admittedly incomplete knowledge most aircraft wouldn’t have exterior lights on the belly of the aircraft in a T like that. Especially Military Aircraft. Granted I’m presuming this is the belly of the fuselage facing the camera.
Though it could be some new design that is testing new design principles. But I’d find it unlikely that’d it’d be sent on such an operation if it’s trialing entirely new design principles.
That or the picture is a result of a trick of the light and or otherwise faked.

It looks like like a delta winged number, an AIA Kfir which is based on the French Mirage 5 perhaps?
