Ss: if anyone can share it it would be greatly appreciated. Of course google results are all for it. I believe it talked about their exoskeleton, and how we can’t digest things. The article pointed out how yes they’re protein but not better than beef, goat, chicken, etc. they can be substituted in a time of famine.

(true story) I once caught a cricket in my room, but it was late and a nearby jar was faster than going outside...I wake up in the morning and the cricket is dead with about a 2 inch worm wriggling about its corpse (it was like a clown car, dunno how all that worm fit). Extremely gross...just glad I found it and that guy didn't hop down my throat in the night. I wouldn't be surprised if bugs are the most parasite-ridden part of the ecosystem.
