I think Depape meant to throw it. PP got in the way. Maybe. I wrote about this yesterday so I won’t drone on and on too much but nothing makes sense. If DePape had any self preservation skills, he would have dropped the hammer and put his hands up so he wouldn’t possibly get shot or tased. But, he didn’t. I think he was pretty confident he had some incriminating info on PP and felt invincible. That or he was high AF. PP seems high. I cannot make sense of it. If you’re holding a drink and also holding a hammer you didn’t want to let go of, wouldn’t you drop the drink and use both hands? That was weak. How did they walk to the door- both of them, coordinating their walk (with a drink) while holding something valuable to them?

“Ok you first... no you go first. Someone is at the door, we need to answer it. Should I get my pants? No, I prefer potentially being embarrassed.
