It's come to a point the FBI is charging people with battery after striking his face on the victims knuckles. You can't make this stuff up. Houck's charges were grossly preverse and a tragedy of justice.

For those who don't want to read the whole article, this story is so much worse than what is presented:

1. He was defending his son against a crazy leftist.
2. The cops knew about the initial incident and the crazy leftist wanted to press charges but the cops didn't because there wasn't enough there.
3. His lawyer said Mark would be willing to show up to court to face any federal charges. They decide to send a swat team of 20 cops to his house to arrest him. They wanted to kill him. How is this legal?

It's good that he won, but the system is very broken to allow this in the first place and nothing is stopping this from happening again. He needs to sue (legal fees can be crowd funded, I don't think that will be an issue) and this needs to go to the supreme court.
