Shower thought: What if 'Operation Looking Glass' is a secret program that the military claims can "foresee" world events, but it's basically just a high-budget, high-tech parlor trick (useful when you have a mental midget POTUS) designed to run cover for their engineered narrative operations?

Wow! A very intriguing article. Thank you for this!
I chuckled when I read the name "David Wilcox". It doesn't exactly lend credibility to the article.
Sounds plausible if you don't know the meaning of "de-interlace". Interlacing was a system of overcoming the scanning speed limitation on old CRT televisions. Each picture was produced by scanning the screen twice - with the lines slightly offset the second time so that they sat between the first scan of lines. To the human eye, it appeared that the picture comprised twice as many lines as it actually did.
In imaging technology (think Photoshop) "de-interlacing" is used to smooth out the picture so that the lines aren't so obvious. I can't believe that it can be used "to reveal discernible images."
Gobbledegook. Bullshit Baffles Brains.
Now I'm certain that it's nonsense. I'm not saying that Stargate or Looking Glass are nonsense but the article is. Corey Goode was outed in a recent court case.
Thank you for this.
