Rubin also says it seems like the entire system was built to shadowban in order to make sure certain ideas would not be heard...

It’s a surprise to no one, but confirms what we all already knew: Twitter has always been a propaganda tool for [them] to control the narrative...

Yep propaganda tool. go against the current narrative and you get banned or shadow banned. Dont know if that ever will change . It's to easy to say it was the last owner of twitters fault .
