I had verifiable issues when I was filing for UI in 2020, including identity theft. I have often wondered how WA ESD had a clue as to who was behind the fraud hack that stole millions fron Washington State ESD - they claimed a nigerian ring. todays hearing mentioned this group from South Africa. Interpol busts global 'Black Axe' cyber-fraud suspects https://www.theregister.com/2022/10/17/interpol_black_axe_fraud/ The agency said that Black Axe and the other groups are responsible for most of the cyber-enabled financial fraud around the globe
