We can't red pill the normies and the lefties if we don't know how their brains works.
Our community has a ton of personal experiences with the freakiest people: strangers, friends, family members.
I think that's an untapped ocean of information that could train us to be more efficient in our red pilling: know how they think, determine what information they don't know, predict how they can handle the truth, understand how they became this way and how we can remedy those causes, etc.
For example, I once spent a vacation with a friend who relapsed into a bipolar manic episode. Then she suddenly spewed a lot of lefty "logic". Someday I hope to post that (there's too much anecdotal evidence to organize).
Low self-esteem can definitely stem from upbringing. Perhaps they were the child that never got attention from parents over other siblings and grew jealous. Maybe they were born uglier than their siblings. Whatever the case, they have self-hatred and insecurities that leads them to express their hate onto others who have it better than them.
That's why you'll see liberals naturally hate anyone who is rich, good-looking, successful, etc. But they wouldn't hate on someone who is weak, ugly, or poor. It's because these unsuccessful people do not hurt their self-esteem or make them feel insecure.
It's great that you have found a functional way to raise your self-esteem. Most people cannot do this and are stuck in a perpetual cycle of virtue signaling to boost their esteem. However, the boost is always fleeting. I believe the best way to raise your self-esteem is through real accomplishments.
