The obvious concern is this AI has already been programmed to "spin". The answer for the clear calculation of votes in excess of registered numbers would be: fraud. However the AI was programmed already to say "It is not possible to definitively conclude that the election was fraudulent........" AI can calculate probabilities quite fast and accurately. The next question should be: what are the odds of a fraudulent election?
