My belief is that in 2013 they were injected into many members of Congress and the Senate. These long term members have become walking zombies. Just look at some of the things they said when they first became members, and then look at what they say now. There is a total difference in their beliefs then and now. So I'm going to say Obama made them take the nanobots aka mark of the beast.
If we think about it Hillary was supposed to take over in 2016 - their pandemic plan got thwarted for a bit cause of Trump. There was no way he was stopping it - maybe the emergency order was to flood the vaccine rollout with non nano-bot vaccines in order to save some of the people. Trump talked about a serious decision he had to make that maybe one day he’ll tell us about.
