My belief is that in 2013 they were injected into many members of Congress and the Senate. These long term members have become walking zombies. Just look at some of the things they said when they first became members, and then look at what they say now. There is a total difference in their beliefs then and now. So I'm going to say Obama made them take the nanobots aka mark of the beast.
