The tweet is a misrepresentation of the poll. It's not semantics. There's a quantifiable difference between "questioning the safety" of it and personally knowing someone whose death [you] think was caused by it. I don't personally need to know someone who died of it to know it's unsafe.
I know five people who might have died of it, but all were elderly, so how do I prove that? I know at least three people who were provably injured by it.
