Note the language being used here... Government-speak for "Yes, the balloon is Chinese. No we don't have a fucking clue what to do about it."

So, taken together, we have Chinese "police stations" on American soil and a couple of spy balloons hovering over our nuclear missile silos?? Have we got it right?
