Congratulations on your success with IF...I also utilize that and have lost weight and feel much better. My eating window is about 6-8 hours each day..usually around 10-4...give or take a few hours. I mostly drink water with one cup of coffee per day and occasional milk with granola.
As for the companies you mentioned...I thought the heads of Chik-fil-a did a turn around politically...but perhaps they still adhere to the founder's standards...maybe they supply their own chicken. It is somewhat curious what you have stated about being disgusted with most foods. I have found that many vegetables I eat seem very GMO...they don't even rot naturally. Our food is being very manipulated...so who knows what is going on. Congratulations and continued success...
Both my wife and I come from the midwest. She from a farmer family. Me from a service family.
My wife has been telling me for over 12 years that the tomatoes are bad and should not be eaten.
I used to think she was a bit overboard but never thought she went into crazy country, because i remember eating tomatoes off the vine from the garden as a child.
The tomatoes are not the same. Not even those "non gmo" varieties sold in the store.
Our foods are not as good as they once were.
We have sustenance, but doubt, we have good health.
