I don't see how it can be legal to file [frivolous] lawsuits based on products being abused against gun manufacturers, but not against pharmaceutical corporations for damages caused by people abusing their products. How is such a legal double standard allowed by the supreme court?

'The SCOTUS, makes NO money, from Gun Manufacturers,but are paid millions,(bribes) from Big Pharma,....simple answer,.the SCOTUS,.is Corrupt,..!
