Trump is doing live commentary during Biden's speech. RSBN is flashing Trump's Truth Social comments periodically during the broadcast.

Truth Social is bogged down right now so it is not updating comments. RSBN feed is providing comments as Trump posts them. Watching the RSBN feed will show you what Trump is posting. They put them up briefly since they have to refresh manually.
