Here is the original substack with a lot more of the details. The pedes on this board called it from the beginning. How America Took Out The Nord Stream Pipeline
"What came next was stunning. On February 7, less than three weeks before the seemingly inevitable Russian invasion of Ukraine, Biden met in his White House office with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, who, after some wobbling, was now firmly on the American team. At the press briefing that followed, Biden defiantly said, “If Russia invades . . . there will be no longer a Nord Stream 2. We will bring an end to it.”
Why would he agree to this?
I knew something was in the works when the trips were made to DC. They have continued that pattern since their communications are compromised. They deliver orders in person. As far as Scholz, he is weak and I don't know what they have on him. I am sure he bought into some lie they told him about having Germany's back if he was to go along with whatever BS he agreed to. I think the light bulb is starting to go off that the neocons will just as easily throw Germany under the bus as anyone else. At this point Scholz is far involved to back out now. It really sucks to be him right now. NATO's rule: Keep the US in, Russia out, and Germany down.
I would also like to know what Cruz knew about all this. I have no doubt he is involved, albeit to a lesser degree. He has always been a huge opponent to Nord Stream as a mouth piece for the oil and gas industry.
God help us all after reading this!
Seymore Hersh is a damn good investigative journalist and is not in the habit of publishing without solid sourcing. For me, that gives this story a lot of credibility. Also, the parties involved have already come out with the rebuttal that the article is entirely false. They are not playing word games - they are firmly denying all. Then again, what are they supposed to say? I think the timing of all this is perfect after Nuland testified before Congress about the pipeline being a pile a metal at the bottom of the sea. These people are going to brag about what they have done at some point - they just can't help themselves.
See Knight_errant's post above. I was about to post the link here when I saw that mac1221 posted it. Yes, this needs to be looked at critically.
