Maybe it's a Chinese balloon with Huawei anti-power equipment on board. If I were Xi, I would surely zap DC after what that retarded Biden clown said last night. He can't do a damn thing to stop it. Bully him, and tea-bag him. Then, I would zap Bidens home town, just to make it clear that I was doing it to humiliate Biden.
