I started pushing into this line of questioning w a family friend and the only known name associated w HAARP. Also MK Ultra. Billy Hayes. He went radio silent on me after too many questions. No doubt it’s real.

There were experiments with large radar array antennas back in the 50s - HAARP was one of those mentioned.

That thing is a beast. I'm curious about why the dish is covered with a tarp. Could just be a radome. I can't even speculate on the power output.
