Trump did not test or produce the 'vaxx'. He tasked the Medical field to make it happen and they Failed. The Fact that they knew they were not producing a safe or effective product is proof they failed (lied to) Trump and that is not Trump's fault.
Isn't he supposed to protect the american people though...
There was plenty of foreknowledge of this deadly operation.
