Having a TS clearance myself, I concur with your concerns. We all know that once read in, out of projects/subject lines, you are NEVER relieved of disclosure... the procedure to review or engage in certain materials is next to impossible to do, and yet... we have personnel who randomly have in their possession classified material?, at their homes, offices??? WTF??? We normal folk with clearances did .0001% of what they did and we'd be locked away in a Federal Penitionary for a very long time...
