There is a war on fish: stop crab fishing, salmon catching and lobstering to break the small business. Then when fisherman go out of business either Agra business steps in or you can’t find any fisherman. Fish prices skyrocket. There is a war on crops and grain: add GMOs to the crop fertilizers, if you can even buy fertilizers (war in Ukraine, one of the largest fertilizer exporters).
