major waterways flow southwest out of Ohio. Where is info re the town being evacuated? I've not seen a word about that.

I'm close enough I got an emergency alert message... it was highly recommending that those within a 1 mile radius evacuate immediately. I got it Monday feb. 6th. It stated it was a continuation of the original recommendation.
