Add the jet stream and the real area of concern expands to Pennsylvania, NY and NJ. If it starts to waff into Delaware then Biden might ask zelinski if we can take action to neutralize.

Any chemists out there know if baking soda would help for localized problems. Some fire extinguishers have soda. What is that reaction?
