I believe that some areas of this bubble are safe. For example, to the west and southwest of East Palestine appear to be safe according to weather and water flow patterns.

The water simply does not go to certain areas there in terms of how the areas pull their water from deeper aquifers.

I think some people need to come up with more accurate assessments since this kind of bubble is really not at all helpful in terms of helping people who may feel threatened and fear of localized impact.
