The train contained vinyl chloride. When you burn vinyl chloride it turns into hydrochloric acid and formaldehyde which latches onto water vapor. There's no doubt that the rivers across the country will be affected by this on a biblical scale.

The affected rivers correlate to the farmland Bill Gates owns. Keep in mind that he may own more farmland than this. However, a general pattern is apparent. The Ohio Train Explosion was an attack on farmers and farmland.
