Theory: the game basically ended on an officials penalty call. No recourse. KC ran the clock and takes chip shot FG to win. Players did not get chance to determine outcome. A ref did. Now apply this to our election process. Voters vote, DS interferes (mules, dominion, etc...) their "penalty interferrence" final outcome overcomes the voters opportunity to tell the world who wins.
