There is a skanky little pack of creeps rubbing their hands together cooking up all these derailments, spills, weather balloons and UFO's, just like the mass shootings of the past. They can manipulate the weather too, you can bet on it. Creatures like Harrari and Schwab come to mind. Or ghouls with titles of "nobility" filling their quotas for their evil overlords.
