Why isnt the name of the Cargo carrier who owned the chemicals that were deliberately set on fire known? That seems a bit sus to knowingly ship toxic chems and not have precautionary packaging or be notified immediately to participate in the cleanup unless...it was deliberate. - The Great Awakening

FYI: I did Google and came up with nothing but vague regurgitated news articles and only the name of the transport companies NOT who owns the actual cargo B.O.L. THIS is the reason I ask.
