This system has been around for awhile and yep it always pops up at certain “disasters”. It’s actually a decent idea for the elderly, medically compromised, and people with disabilities. Of course for the majority of the population though, it’s pushed during such events to hide the later, more evil, “social credit scores” intentions if all comply.
