Most "child trafficking" arrests are internet entrapment style john busts. Just do a quick search on this site, the busts are rolled out as preventing some crime, when that's just speculation [no child was ever on the other end of the internet chat].
I'd say a good remedy is stop the criminals of today, rather than trick the future ones. And honestly, you can't sentence pre-crime heavily - as it should be in this case - this is why I'm against the entrapment LEO style of the 2000's in regards to trafficking.
