Wuflu wasn't created in Ukraine. We know its progeny, and at least some of what was being studied in Ukraine. I've seen the money trail; yes our DoD staffed the biolabs. They were studying how to spread bioweapons via biting flies. With locals suffering from ... biting flies, unusual to the area.

Evil, yes. Wuflu, no.
