Large numbers of skilled men could pull that off. Hard to imagine because nowadays a construction site has a few skilled machinery operators and a bunch of unskilled laborers. They can repeat the same thing they did last week, but not do anything new and imaginative.

Yeah that is sad. No matter what the truth is about this conspiracy theory, I think we can all agree that it sucks that all that they wanna construct nowadays is boring rectangle buildings identical to each other.
